Psychotherapy Training and Accreditation

I hold a BSc in Counselling and Psychotherapy from Middlesex University (PCI College). My core training is in Person-Centred Therapy, and I have additional training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (SP), and Relational Life Therapy (RLT).

Psychotherapeutic Approach

I offer an integrative and client-focused approach, tailored to individual needs. My work is grounded in Person-Centred Therapy but also includes structured techniques from CBT and DBT when useful. I place strong emphasis on collaboration, psychoeducation, and adapting to client preferences.

I integrate body-based awareness through Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, supporting clients in understanding how stress and trauma may show up physically. I work at the client’s pace, prioritising emotional safety. I also draw on Relational Life Therapy when working with relationship challenges.

Counselling Experience and Areas of Interest

Since 2022, I have been providing individual therapy both in-person and online. I have worked with anxiety, stress, depression, grief, self-esteem, trauma, relationship issues, and recovery from abuse.

My areas of interest include neurodiversity, emotional regulation, resilience, trauma recovery, and relationship dynamics. I aim to create a safe, respectful space for healing, growth, and self-understanding.
